Do you have questions? A lot of customers do! We have compiled our top 10 questions asked for you to have a read.

FAQ 1: What are your candles made of? Answer: Candles are typically made from wax, which can be derived from various sources such as paraffin, beeswax, soy, or palm oil. We use a natural blend of coconut soy wax.

FAQ 2: How do I safely extinguish a candle? Answer: To safely extinguish a candle, use a snuffer or gently blow it out. Avoid blowing too hard to prevent hot wax from splattering.

FAQ 3: Can I leave a candle burning unattended? Answer: It's not recommended to leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish candles before leaving a room.

FAQ 4: Are scented candles safe to use indoors? Answer: Scented candles are safe to use indoors, but proper ventilation is important to prevent excessive indoor air pollution.

FAQ 5: How can I prevent tunneling in my candles? Answer: To prevent tunneling (uneven burning), allow your candle to burn long enough during each use to melt the wax across the entire surface. This helps maintain an even burn for future uses.

FAQ 6: What is the recommended burning time? We recommend burning your candle for at least 3-4 hours per use. This allows your candle to reach its full melt pool.

FAQ 7: How long should I trim the wick before lighting a candle? Answer: Trim the wick to about ¼ inch (6 mm) before lighting to prevent excessive soot and ensure a clean, steady burn.

FAQ 8: Can I reuse or recycle candle jars? Answer: Yes, you can repurpose or recycle candle jars once the wax has been fully used. Remove any remaining wax, wash the jar, and use it for storage or decoration.

FAQ 9: What's the best way to clean spilled wax? Answer: To clean spilled wax, let it harden, then scrape it off surfaces. Use a hairdryer on low heat and paper towels to further remove residue.

FAQ 10: Are there any safety tips I should follow when using candles? Answer: Absolutely. Always keep candles away from flammable objects, use sturdy holders, place candles on heat-resistant surfaces, and keep them out of reach of children and pets.
